What are we going to do?

Harvest, have fun, make, and taste.

It's all about choosing to respect the local people, their cultures, economies, and the environment. Trying to do something yourself like harvesting and then making food is an enriching experience that stays forever. You'll meet local people and get to know the place, eat local food and drink local wine and brews.

We are going to organise all the logistics and stay at one of our beautiful villas.    

 

Best suited to whom?  

This is a small group adventure and as such it is best suited to a group of friends and families who want to taste the real experience of harvesting grapes and making wines or harvesting olives and making olive oil. You are welcome to join us.

Where are we situated?

We are situated in Zadar and nearby villages Diklo and Kožino. You can choose between one of our villas.

Villa Gorana is a contemporary villa built in a Mediterranean style and can accommodate 6+2 persons (3 double beds + sofa bed for 2); 4 rooms with ensuite bathrooms, swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, gym, grill, and private parking.

Villa Idassa is a stony house built in 1895 and renewed from 2009 to 2013, can accommodate 6+2 persons (3 double beds + sofa bed for 2 + foldable bed for 1); 3 rooms + living room, jacuzzi, sauna, gym, grill, 30m to seafront/beach, public parking.

For most of the EU countries, we are a car destination. However, transfer from Airport to the villa will be organised for all those who will come by airplane.

 

SAMPLE WEEKLY SCHEDULE

DAY 1                   Arrival to Zadar (if arriving at Zadar Airport - Transfer from the Airport to the villa) 

                             Free time - leisure time/beach/pool/jacuzzi/adventure park/lunch/quiet hour

DAY 2

Morning               At will - breakfast, morning coffee  (Optional* – visit market/fish market & buying supplies for lunch)

10:30 - 3:30      At will – leisure time/lunch/quiet hour (Optional* – preparing traditional local Dalmatian dish with professional cook)

Afternoon            City of Zadar - Guided sightseeing (complimentary)
 

DAY 3 to DAY 5

Morning            At will - breakfast, morning coffee

                          Departure to the vineyard & harvest grapes, visit the wine cellar and winery (making wine process explained), wine tasting & dining.

Afternoon         Arrival at the villa/Free time

                         
DAY 6

Morning             At will - breakfast, morning coffee

                           Departure to the City of Šibenik/Skradin/waterfalls of Krka

Afternoon          Arrival at the villa/Free time

 

DAY 7              Check-out at 10:00

                       

* Optional activities are subject to an extra fee

NOTE: Day 6 or one weekday can be utilised for visiting nearby National parks (e.g. waterfalls of Krka). The price of guided tours is not included in the price. Please let us know your preferences, so that we can arrange the details for you.

At all trips, you will be escorted by our guide, who will stay at your disposal during the whole trip.
